These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Tech Recruitment Specialists Limited (company number 12024658, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account or applying for a job, you agree to them.

1. Our service

We are a recruitment agency. We advertise vacancies on behalf of employers, screen applicants and introduce suitable candidates to employers. Our service is free for job seekers. Advertising a vacancy does not guarantee that any role will be offered.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
  • You may only create one account, for yourself.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

3. Applications and CVs

You confirm that the information and CV you submit are true and that you have the right to share them. By applying for a job you agree that we may share your application with the employer for that role. We may contact you about other suitable roles unless you ask us not to.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to access other users' data, uploading harmful files, or scraping job listings for commercial use without our permission.

5. Job listings

We check vacancies with employers before publishing them, but employers are responsible for the accuracy of the roles they offer and for their own hiring decisions. Salaries shown are starting salaries provided by the employer.

6. Liability

We provide the website on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee that it will always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
